Prior to being accepted for a property you will be required to undertake referencing though a credit agency, RENT4SURE who will undertake background checks which will include employment/income verification, previous addresses and landlords(s), and credit checks.
Thereafter on signing a tenancy agreement and before moving in you will be required to pay a one month deposit and the first month’s rent in advance.

Please be aware that initial AST Agreements (Assured Shorthold Tenancy) are for six months only. Extensions can be for either six or twelve months subject to the landlords agreement.
If the tenancy is not renewed on a fix term it will automatically become a Statutory Periodic Tenancy (month to month). Details of which will be provided within your tenancy agreement or available on request.
